Questions About Prom?

Cost: The cost for this event will be listed on the event page.  For participating stakes, please reach out to your respective stake leaders for questions.  If your stake is not participating, please reach out to lakemarystakeyouth@gmail.com for instructions on how to pay for prom.

Registration: Everyone coming needs to be registered.  If you are bringing a date and they did not register, please email lakemarystakeyouth@gmail.com so they can be accounted for.  This is critical for our food planning.  This includes any leaders attending as well.

Parking: There will be no charge for parking.  When you get to the event, you will likely need to pull a ticket to access the parking lot.  By the end of the event, the exit gates will be open and you will not have to pay.  Please see the attached map of where to park and where the venue entrance is.  Additional parking is also available over next to the hotel entrance.

Check-In: We need everyone to check in once they arrive at the venue. 

Reception Area:  The venue entry way will serve as a reception area from 5:30-6:30.  Doors to the hall will be opened around 6:30 for seating and beginning of dinner.

Standards: Please, please, please review again this letter regarding the expected standards for this event. If you have friends that you invited, please make sure that you have discussed this with them so there is no misunderstanding.
